The Plastic Loft Hatch (slide action) incorporates a sleek, contemporary style making it a great addition to modern decor. Its robust construction ensures both straightforward installation and efficient operation.
- Only available in one size option - see Technical Data section.
- A choice of two models are available - the P5370 & P5370 L.
- Both offer the same functional and design benefits, but the P5370 L has additional insulation to ensure it meets with the air leakage requirements of Part L of the Building Regulations.
- The P5370 is supplied with the 50mm Expanded Polystyrene insulation.
- The P5370 L is supplied with the 60mm Polyurethane insulation, which provides a U-Value of 0.35 W/m²K.
- Door opens using a sliding operation - Please refer to "Operating Instructions" (Downloads section)
- The door and frame come in a lightly textured white finish and the door can easily be cleaned, or alternatively it can be painted to match your décor.
- Multiple catch points around the perimeter of the frame mean the door is sealed providing effective insulation and airtightness.
- When the door is closed no visible hinge can be seen.
- Hinge detail set back from the opening which creates a larger area to gain access to the loft.
- The door can easily be removed from the frame allowing much better access into the loft space.
- Installation of the unit is simple as the frame screws directly into the ceiling - Please refer to "Installation Instructions" (Downloads section).
- No made to measure sizes available for the Plastic Loft Hatches.

Our website remains open and orders can still be placed online over the Christmas period.
Our last despatch date before Christmas will be Monday 22nd December (orders to be placed before 11:00am) for delivery on Tuesday 23rd December 2025 (subject to weather conditions).
Any orders placed after this time will be despatched on either Monday 5th or Tuesday 6th January 2026.

Within 1-3 working days, once the product has been despatched. Deliveries are usually made between 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday (excludes Bank Holidays).
Orders placed before 11:00am will be despatched the same day (stock dependent) for delivery the next working day.

You will not be able to place an order online if you require delivery to a post code (featured above).
Instead you will need to contact our Sales office on 01243 785 246 for the additional transport charge associated with delivering the product to your address.
A member of our Sales team will be able to take your order over the telephone and payment can be made via Debit or Credit card.
Once a product has been despatched the standard delivery timescale for Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands will be 3-5 working days.
For European or most Worldwide delivery destinations please email our Sales Office - [email protected] with your enquiry detailing the product you are interested in, together with your full delivery address and contact information.
We can then return a Quotation for the product and delivery costs once this has been sourced from the transport company.
