Product Description

The Lisbon Stair Kit takes our exisiting Madrid Stair to a new level as it offers a wider tread dimension and it comes supplied with a double rail banister. The stair is designed to be installed one rise down from upper floor level and it is an ideal option to access those difficult to reach areas.

 
  • Straight flight.
  • Available in spruce.
  • Easy installation - without use of special tools.
  • Steps housed into the strings.
  • Comfortable and safe climb, with one handrail supplied as standard.
  • Flat packed.
  • Fixed stair at 57° climb.
  • Floor to floor any height up to 2835mm - subject to fitting and installation.
  • High carrying capacity - tested to 300kg.
  • Second matching handrail available if required.
  • Or we can supply a 3.6 mtr Redwood Mopstick wall mounted handrail complete with either black (powder coated), white (powder coated) or brass brackets.
     

N.B - If your floor to floor height is lower than 2835mm then it will be required that you cut down the Lisbon Staircase kit to suit your height dimension on site.
