Dolle Valencia Spiral Stair Kit

The Valencia has a very modern design incorporating both shaped beech treads with a stylish steel balustrade. The key feature of the Valencia is its ability to make adjustments to the tread angles and baluster positioning. This gives the Valencia improved flexibility when it is being installed in the home environment.

• Design available in 2 Diameters: 1300mm or 1500mm.
• Complete with 12 treads & a landing tread - suitable for a floor to floor height between 2600-2925mm.
• Each Individual Rise is adjustable between 200mm to 225mm allowing you to achieve the staircase height you require.
• The angle between the treads can also be adjusted (See 2nd page of 'Spec Sheet' for examples).
• The Valencia can be assembled to ascend clockwise or anticlockwise.
• Unit has varnished 35mm beech multiplex treads, steel centre column and a fixed steel balustrade positioned on the spiral's outer edge.
• The balustrade supplied is made up of grey powder coated (RAL 9006) 20mm steel balusters and a flexible charcoal grey PVC handrail. 
• Distance between the steel balusters can be adjusted between 100 - 120mm.
• The landing tread is a triangular design complete with its own balustrade section.
• Comes with fully illustrated assembly instructions.
