Loft Centre Charlotte Space Saving Spiral Stair Kit

The Charlotte adjustable, self assembly spiral offers possibilities not achievable with traditional spirals. Requiring a minimum opening of only 1300 x 750mm, most floor to floor heights can be achieved within a half turn providing a safe stairway in the minimum of space.

• Requires half the space of other spirals
• Tread brackets slide up and down column giving full rise adjustment to stair
• Angular position of treads may be reduced or enlarged to suit
• Quality pine treads as standard. Other timbers available on request
• High grade finish, black or white powder coated steelwork as standard
• Self assembly kit may be assembled clockwise or anti-clockwise
• Treads 640mm long on 90mm central sleeve
• Optional infill balusters available (one required per wide outer tread)
• Optional riser bars available
• Optional upper floor balustrade to match stair is available on request

Note: The handrail for the Charlotte Spiral Stair will be manufactured in extruded black plastic (as standard) for both the black and white powder coated metal work options. A white version of the handrail is available to purchase and this will be an additional £40.00.

Tread rise totally variable, approxiametely 180mm to 220mm - average 200mm.

NB. The above aperture size quoted (1300 x 750mm) is a minimum. If you have more room available we would recommend increasing the finished aperture size.
