Dolle Rome Space Saving Stair Kit

The Rome is a great looking staircase from the Dolle range and is the ideal solution for your home where space maybe limited. The design of the steel supports for the Rome enables the tread rise and angle to be adjusted. With beech veneered multiplex treads, a beech handrail and a wire banister with steel uprights, the Rome makes for a stylish stair kit.

• Available with 11 treads (Standard Kit) - suitable for a floor to floor height between 2220-2760mm.
• Can achieve higher floor heights up to 3450mm with the use of additonal tread kits (see Heights Chart below).
• Each Individual Rise is adjustable between 185mm to 230mm allowing you to achieve the staircase height you require.
• Requires a minimum ceiling opening size 1400mm x 690mm (Standard Kit).
• Flexible design allows for a straight flight installation or the Rome can incorporate turns at the top and bottom of angles up to 90 degrees to suit your application (See Rome Spec Sheet for examples).
• Unit has varnished beech veneered multiplex treads with steel supporting elements which are powder coated in a light grey colour (RAL9006).  
• The banister supplied is made up of 25mm steel balusters, 3mm steel wire and 40mm beech handrail sections (can be fitted to either the left or right).
• Comes with fully illustrated assembly instructions.

All the other size variations of the Rome Space Saver Stair will be on a 3-4 working week delivery as normal.
