Roof Exit Hatch Spec Sheet 


When accessing your roof, plant or creating a safe means of escape, the Loft Centre Roof Hatch can offer flexibility and security in equal measure. Whether you require an aluminium or stainless steel hatch, the Loft Centre Roof Exit Hatch can oblige. With a choice between 2.0mm gauge aluminium and 1.5mm gauge stainless steel, you can be assured that the unit will always be of the highest security, insulation, quality, and simplicity of use. The unit is supplied with gas struts to aid the door’s mechanism and to hold the door open when in use. The hatch has the flexibility to be opened by lever from below or key lock from above.
