P5370 and P5370L loft hatches

Blending simple, yet stylish design, with advanced specification, both loft hatches from Loft Centre Products incorporate an elegant construction ensuring both straightforward installation and efficient operation.

Thanks to a three point locking mechanism and full polyurethane draught stripping, the range provides a level of sealing that fully complies with Building Regulations requirements covering hatch movement caused by wind uplift.

Pre-punched holes to all four sides of the frame and all fixings supplied allow for a fast and simple installation. The hatches are designed to suit a structural opening of 726mm x 562mm, and the frame’s flexible, moulded tabs accommodate some variation in roof truss spacing for greater flexibility.

The construction features two robust pivot plates cleverly designed to be easily removed and reinstalled without the need for tools, allowing full, unobstructed access to the loft space, if necessary.

A choice of two models is offered, the P5370 and P5370L. Both offer the same functional and design benefits, but the P5370L model has additional insulation to ensure compliance with the new requirements in Part L of the Building Regulations.
