Timberlex Fitting Instructions

The Timberlex 70 offers a fantastic space saving loft access option suitable for domestic and commercial applications alike. The unit is supplied with 70mm insulation [0.46W/m²°c insulation value] which ensures very little heat escapes through the loft hatches. With its small opening size the Timberlex 70 is able to fit into the tightest of apertures, including in between trussed rafters, and has the advantages of a low storage configuration. Complete with a three sectioned timber ladder with deep beech treads, the Timberlex 70 will ensure the ascent in to your loft will be both comfortable and confident.
