Dolle Berlin Space Saving Stair Kit

The Berlin space saving stair offers highly contemporary Scandinavian design at excellent value. The stair kit comes complete with one side of stylish stainless steel wire / rod balustrading and a choice of woods for the treads.

• The Berlin Stair Kit is suitable for a floor to floor height between 2030mm and 3600mm (See Dimensions Table below).
• The treads are available in either Pine, Beech, Ash or European Oak.
• All metalwork on the Stair is finished to RAL 9006 (grey colour) as standard.
• The banister supplied is made up of 25mm steel balusters, 6mm steel wire / rods and 40mm handrail sections (the handrail will match the chosen tread material).
• The banister can be fitted to either the right or the left hand side of the Stair.
• Each Individual Rise is adjustable between 185mm to 225mm allowing you to achieve the staircase height you require.
• Requires a minimum opening size: 1400mm x 700mm. (Straight Flight Stair)
• Flexible design allows for a straight flight installation or the Berlin can incorporate turns at the top and bottom of angles up to 90 degrees to suit your application (See Berlin Spec Sheet for examples).
