The P11 offers robust heavy duty access that stores entirely within the steel framework and hatch supplied, the P11 zinc plated steel concertina ladder is an essential addition to any build. With an implicit resilience and strength, the P11 is a proven unit which can suit a floor to ceiling height up to 3500mm.
Available in many standard opening sizes (See P11 Standard Size Chart below ). The zinc plated steel concertina ladder comes complete with a steel hatch lining and MDF trapdoor as standard. The P11 has smooth rounded ladder sides so a comfortable climb is ensured. Supplied with 2 exit grab rails to assist the user. Stores completely within the hatch opening. Counterbalanced spring operation for ease of use. Steel hatch lining frame measures 135mm in depth. Complete with Operating Pole, Full Installation Instructions & Fittings. Non-standard opening sizes available (prices on request ). Optional 30 minute fire proofing to the material is available (prices below ).
