FS3 is Loft Centre’s premier folding loft ladder offering robust, reliable, heavy duty access for a variety of applications. The FS3 comes in a zinc plated steel finish as standard and can suit floor to ceiling heights up to 4000mm.
Available in many standard opening sizes (See FS3 Standard Size Chart below ). Steel ladder comes complete with a steel hatch lining and MDF trapdoor as standard. Supplied with 2 handrails as standard (as shown in the main picture ). Also includes 2 exit grab rails to assist the user. Stores completely within the hatch opening. Counterbalanced spring operation for ease of use. Steel hatch lining frame measures 135mm in depth. Complete with Operating Pole, Full Installation Instructions & Fittings. Non-standard opening sizes available (prices on request ). 30 minute fire proofing to the material is available (prices on request ). A white painted colour option for the ladder is available (prices on request ) - This will extend the delivery time by an extra 2 working weeks.
