S Electric Installation Instructions 

The S Electric is used in a variety of applications from residential to hospitals, factories, office blocks and schools, this quality die cast aluminium ladder has proved itself to be both versatile and elegant.

  • Complete with integral trap door, steel lining and architrave.
  • Ladder in black paint finish as standard with grey carpet tiles.
  • Ladder tread width: 350mm.
  • Ladder tread depth: 120mm.
  • Electric operation from above and below.
  • Manual override in case of power failure.
  • Switch (SV) or remote control (RC).
  • 240v Mains (or DC) operation.
  • Ideal for automatic operation when interconnected with fire alarm system.
  • Telescopic handrail to one side as standard, optional second handrail available.
  • Two top exit grab rails as standard.
